Neil is a Managing Director in Deloitte’s Human Capital consulting practice. His work focuses on innovative talent and leadership solutions to help IT leaders transform their organizations and transition to the future of work. He is a founding faculty member of Deloitte’s CIO Program, helping new CIOs transition into their role, as well as the next generation of IT leaders to increase their value, credibility, and influence as they prepare for the next level.
Neil has been with Deloitte since 2005, not including a three-year stint as Chief People Officer for Cognizant’s global consulting organization, where he was responsible for the overall people strategy and operations for a large global business.
Much of Neil’s work has been in the leadership arena. He helped launch Deloitte’s leadership practice in 2008, and led the practice globally for five years. Prior to joining Deloitte, Neil was Director of Executive Programs for the Wharton School for more than 10 years.Neil holds a Masters degree in Organizational Dynamics and Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelors degree in Music Theory from the University of Michigan. He, his husband of 27 years, and their adorable yet slightly self-absorbed pets split their time between Chicago and Tampa.
