Peter is a Distinguished Engineer in Cisco’s Enterprise HW team working on system architecture for the Enterprise switching, routing and wireless products. Peter was a key figure in the development of the Catalyst 3850, Catalyst 3650 and the Catalyst 9000 series switches.
Peter works in defining and promoting new Ethernet standards in several forums, e.g., IEEE 802.3, as Ethernet Alliance chairman, as former NBASE-T Alliance chairman.
