CASE STUDY: Seeking hosted or managed services is not easy. Staffing levels, staff skills, budgets, or time might be your one reason to hire a managed service provider, but just one reason isn't enough. You need a holistic view of the service in question and a holistic view of your organization's objectives for partnering with a third party.

To augment its security team, Kent State University partnered with a managed security service provider (MSSP) in 2017. In this session, learn what factors went into the decision, what the experience of implementing the MSSP solution was like, what the Kent State team would change if it had to do the process all over again, and what potential pitfalls to avoid when you consider an MSSP.
