Employees working on multi-location teams must overcome geographical and time zone hurdles to successfully complete their projects. In this session, we will begin by reviewing research on co-workers sitting apart and discuss metrics to measure collaboration. We will use examples and study results from Salesforce and other similar corporations to help show what works, what does not work, and help explore what could apply in your own working situations. This session is for anyone interested in deepening their understanding of the increasingly disparate workplace and how to successfully lead and contribute to teams that are sitting apart.
