The first decade of my career was in marketing and leadership as a Nordy (aka, someone who works at Nordstrom). I then found my way to S.W.I.F.T., a global financial telecommunications organization, where I held enterprise-wide responsibilities for Corporate Programs and supported internal clients, including IT/Operations and Commercial divisions. During my time at S.W.I.F.T. I developed and implemented leadership development programs, led cultural change initiatives, revamped the performance management process, onboarded senior managers, and developed teams and leaders. My passion for helping others then brought me to initiate the conversations that led to the creation of ChangeFusion, where I’ve been president since 2010.
